I have been training with Elise Bishop for two years. With her disciplined background, she has taught me amazing technique that she reinforces every day. In addition to teaching riding and jumping technique, she helps her students develop key muscle groups in order to help them keep movements safe and precise. But perhaps most impotent, she fosters a good relationship between horse and rider, instilling a philosophy the having fun, is the key to success. She creates an enjoyable learning and riding environment that keeps us happy both at shows and at home. We have both days to relax, that break up the training schedule. Without a doubt, i am a better and happier rider now training with Elise.

Elise Bishop did a great job starting my big Percheron/Quarter gelding, Lakota. He was used to pushing his way through life so he was a bit of a challenge. Elise put a solid base on him, that enabled him to go on to become a very suceessfull 4H horse for his new owner, Gabby Davis. The two of them are an exellent team. I would highly recommend her as a gentle and effective trainer for you and your colt. Thanks Elise!
